Integrated Ground-Surface water-Distribution System Analysis and
Grain Processing Corporation
Conducted multifaceted study of aquifer, wells, pumps, and distribution
system network to identify causes of declining yield in plant wellfield.
Identified obstruction and scaling in distribution network as the source
of declining yield. Developed pipe network model and designed monitoring
network to obtain data for calibration of model, which successfully identified
stressed regions in the buried pipe network.
Sedgewick County Zoo
Established field data acquisition program for construction and calibration
of pipe network model utilized for redesigning existing distribution network
to relieve unacceptably high system pressures.
